Data Deletion Instructions

Link respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data obtained through Facebook or Meta (such as connected Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Meta Ads accounts).

What data we may store

  • Connected social account references (Facebook Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, display names) used to publish posts on your behalf.
  • OAuth connection records that let us act on your connected accounts.
  • Social posts you created or scheduled through Link, and their publishing status.
  • Connected Meta Ads account references.

How to request deletion of your data

  1. Email privacy@link.ai from the email address associated with your Link account.
  2. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Include the name of any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta Ads account you connected, so we can locate the associated records.

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. You may also disconnect any connected social account at any time from your account settings, which removes our access immediately.

Removing Link from your Facebook account

To revoke Link’s access directly from Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Link, and choose Remove. Then email us using the steps above to delete any remaining data.
